GowithOh obtains users' information at different points throughout our website. We capture details of both users who make bookings and those who register on the website to obtain information, as well as of the accommodation owners. This personal data will be stored within a file held by GowithOh. The user is expected to provide true, exact, complete and current information.
We request personal information on our accommodation booking form, owner’ registration form, users’ sign-up form as well as during the process of a monthly rental (32 days to 11 month). A user must provide contact information (such as name, email address, passport number and address) and in some cases financial information (such as credit card number, expiry date, payroll o bank account) or personal information (copy of passport or work contract). This information is used for billing purposes and/or to fulfill the user’s requests. If we have problems processing a booking, we use the information to contact the user. Additionally, we use the information for the purposes of commercial communications related to the services provided by GowithOh. Both users who book through GowithOh’s website and users who register on the website give their express consent to receive such email communications.
When a client books accommodation through our website, we share personal information such as name, email address, passport number, age, gender and contact details with the owner of the apartment. We encourage you to contact the owner regarding the use of your personal information. The information we collect is used for booking purposes, to notify you of your reservation status and to ask for feedback about your stay and is not shared with any third party which is not directly involved in the booking process. All credit card processing is done by the company Adyen, specialist in online payments.

Use of information
Users’ personal information is used only to carry out the services offered on our website.
We store information that we collect through log files to create a profile of our users (both users who book accommodation as well as users who register on our website). A profile is stored information that we obtain through the preferences selected by site users. Consequently, collected information is not tied to the users’ personally identifiable information. We do not share our customer profile with other third parties.
In the information part of the web (guide / blog) we include in some cases third party advertisement. Nevertheless the content is controlled and thought to give extra value to the client. When click on the link you will leave our website.
Like most standard web site servers, we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc., are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Transfer of data
Information supplied is managed by our server located in Spain, under the protection of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, regarding the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (LOPD). The user specifically consents to the transfer of his information to third parties or to the contracted services (if necessary) or to realization of commercial communications related to the services provided by GowithOh.
We send an evaluation/follow-up email to clients who have booked an apartment after they have left their accommodation. Any user who does not wish to receive a follow-up email should contact us by email on the day of departure from their accommodation at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also opt out by contacting us on the phone numbers provided on our contact page.
Subscribers are free to unsubscribe from our commercial communications at any time, by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in our emails’ footer section.

Registered users and clients
When you make a reservation or register to create an account, we set up a profile page for you. Any content and information in this area will be kept strictly private and in no case given to a third party, unless essential to provide a contracted service or for the sending of commercial communications. The user's account profile will include their first name, last name, address and other personal information necessary to make a reservation. Furthermore, they will be able to select other items such as future destinations or preferences regarding accommodation. Users can review and revise their profile information at any time.
Users can decide to use Facebook in order to sign up to GowithOh with their Facebook profile. By doing so, GowithOh will have access to all personal data a Facebook user publishes on their profile. A user is granting access to their profile information when connecting to our site with “Facebook connect”. Depending on the security settings in their Facebook profile, this data can vary. In order to change them, users must use their Facebook profile. The connection is created via the Facebook API.
We may use this information to enhance our existing client database, creating personalized offers for customers based on their Facebook user profile, or sharing their actions on our site (such as bookings, use of like buttons etc.) with their friends when visiting our site.
